New apprentices at WP Kemper

Bernd Otte, Siegfried Alteilges, Reinhard Diekhans and two former apprentices, who received their apprenticeship certificates on that day, welcomed the new apprentices Burcu Bilen (industrial business management assistant), Tobias Sander (technical product designer), Marcel Stüker (warehouse management assistant), Saskia Kathöfer and Matthias Rehage (both industrial mechanics) as well as Simon Hülsey and Christian Schubert (both electronic technicians). Christian Schubert completed his vocational training as an industrial mechanic earlier this year and is now starting his second lot of training at WP Kemper.

General Manager Bernd Otte presented the apprenticeship certificates and praised the high performance levels of the former apprentices. With immediate effect, Robert Hollenhorst  (electronic technician) and Marco Bökamp (industrial mechanic) will join and therefore expand the team at WP Kemper.

Before the new apprentices started the traditional company tour, the “alumni” presented some useful information for the apprenticeships in the years to come.

The management team wishes all new and former apprentices a prosperous start to their professional lives.

WP Kemper attaches a great deal of significance to qualified vocational training as this is the only way to successfully handle the daily future challenges by having committed young people from the company’s own ranks. This approach is reflected in the high number of apprentices and trainees which equates to 10% of the entire staff.
