compact and versatile

Kaiser rolls, Star rolls, Kringel rolls, Rosett rolls, Berliner, Double rolls or Wachauer: the FORMPROFI compact system is ideal for stamped, round smooth small bakery items with a dough weight of 25 g to 90 g. With its compact size of only 2.60 x 1.12 m and a height of 2.55 m, this system fits into even the smallest bakehouse. Leveraging the dividing principle of the Multimatic and utilizing an integrated drum round molder, the FORMPROFI can produce up to 4,000 pieces per hour in best craftmanship quality.

MINIROLL:

The MINIROLL baking system for small bakery items is the all-rounder in the bakehouse. This compact system produces long-rolled rolls, smooth round rolls (also cylindrical), small baguettes, but also buns for hamburgers or hot dogs with a dough weight of 35 g to 150 g. The system produces all small bakery items prepared using the TEWIMAT dough divider and the MULTIMATIC round-molding machine in artisan quality. Round, long-rolled, flat, stamped, slit, braided, and sprinkled: The MULTIROLL offers unlimited variety for bakery items with a dough weight of 30 g to 150 g; with pre-long roller even up to 250 g in weight and 28 cm in length.
