From 1 October 2013, Dr. Michael Euler has been part of the management of WP Kemper GmbH. Together with Bernd Otte, he will be at the head of the specialized machine manufacturer, which is globally recognized as a leading supplier of mixing, kneading and bread roll plants. Dr. Michael Euler will focus his activities to the fields of construction and development as well as sales and production. Product development and the further optimization of existing business processes will be his top priority in order to safeguard and expand the successful business of WP Kemper.

Dr. Michael Euler studied mechanical engineering with a focus on production organization and logistics. He graduated from the University of Hanover with a doctorate thesis on the assessment of the efficiency of preventive quality management processes.
 
Following some years working as a consultant for quality management and the optimization of business processes and manufacturing structures in the mechanical engineering and automotive industries, he has worked for a medium-sized customized machine manufacturer, where over the past 12 years he has held the position of Managing Director with overall responsibility. During this period, he cooperated with Jürgen Horstmann and the Horstmann Group for more than eight years. Apart from day-to-day business, key projects within this role were the building of a new production site, the set-up of a new business division for the diversification of the existing service range and the reorganization of the worldwide sales network including the foundation and set-up of an independent sales company in Italy.
