From small baked goods to breads: The latest generation of the well-proven MULTIMATIC head machine is particularly flexible, gentle on the dough and accurate in terms of weights.
Opening delegation visited WP
Around 700 exhibitors, six exhibition halls, 65,000 m2 of exhibition space – the Südback once again offered the baking industry in German-speaking and neighboring European countries a broad spectrum. The official opening tour of Messe Stuttgart took visitors to particular highlights.

Production start in Sweden
The first sandwich bread production using the new, iba award-winning THERMADOR TH industrial thermal oil oven has successfully started.
