iba trophy for digital E-NSTRUCTOR
The new WP E‑NSTRUCTOR allows a whole new form of professional training in the field of bakery technology. The independent jury at the iba 2018 was so impressed by this, that they awarded the iba trophy 2018 to the new e-learning tool WP E‑NSTRUCTOR from Werner & Pfleiderer Bakery Technologies.
With the WP E‑NSTRUCTOR employees in the bakery trade can experience for the first time workplace-related learning that is tailored to their respective knowledge requirements or to a specific situation.
Particularly practical:
“We are always striving to develop highly efficient technology for our customers, including digital solutions such as the WP E‑NSTRUCTOR. We thus provide mobile e-learning in small artisan businesses, so that employees can be trained and further educated efficiently, flexibly and cost-effectively,” said Andreas Fuchs, who as Head of Technical Service is responsible for the development of the E‑NSTRUCTOR.
In Munich, Michael Wippler, President of the Zentralverband des Deutschen Bäckerhandwerks (Central Association of the German Bakery Trade), handed over the iba trophy to Andreas Fuchs, Head of Technical Service at Werner & Pfleiderer Bakery Technologies, and company owner Jürgen Horstmann.
Particularly practical:
- The learning content is available any time and anywhere via mobile devices.
- Knowledge gained on the spot: if maintenance is due of if an error message occurs, the E‑NSTRUCTOR provides assistance tailored to the specific situation. The employee simply scans the barcode on the machine or the baking oven.
- Digital and mobile instead of manual lecture and classroom training: the WP E‑NSTRUCTOR provides knowledge on the spot. Time and money for travel and overnight stays for trainings at other locations are thus eliminated.
